Dawn Christen has spent more than 25 years representing labor organizations and their members throughout Ohio. As the founder of Christen Law Group, she concentrates her practice on traditional labor law, with extensive experience advocating for labor organizations before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, arbitration forums, and other tribunals.
Her work includes advising labor organizations on complex workplace disputes, contract enforcement, unfair labor practice matters, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and litigation. She is known for practical, experienced counsel grounded in a long-standing commitment to protecting workers’ rights and strengthening the organizations that represent them.
